He explained that having accurate contact details allows the sheriff’s office to quickly reach business owners in situations such as an open door at night or a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot, helping to prevent potential security issues.

The form includes essential details such as the business’s address, owner’s name, contact information, and emergency shut-off locations for water, gas, and electricity.
