• Sheriff Shane Johnson explains the importance of having up-to-date- information

As Lincoln County continues to grow, ensuring that businesses have up-to-date emergency information is becoming increasingly important. Sheriff Shane Johnson emphasized this necessity during Tuesday’s Weekday Wake-Up radio show, highlighting the benefits of maintaining current business contact details.

He explained that having accurate contact details allows the sheriff’s office to quickly reach business owners in situations such as an open door at night or a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot, helping to prevent potential security issues.

The form includes essential details such as the business’s address, owner’s name, contact information, and emergency shut-off locations for water, gas, and electricity. This information can be crucial in assisting law enforcement and emergency responders in protecting businesses and surrounding areas during unexpected situations.

The form can be found through the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office as well as on Facebook: www.facebook.com/LincolnCountySheriffsOffice
