• Over 30 vendors will share their items this Saturday

Craft enthusiasts are invited to the All-Handmade Craft Fair happening Saturday, May 17 at the Donn Wooden Civic Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Over 30 vendors will share their handmade goods. Lunch and baked goods will be available for purchase, and admission is free.

Kimberly Schrieber, who has over 25 years of experience in the world of crafting and craft shows, believes that handmade items are particularly desirable, and that vendors who create these items need an outlet to share them that is free of commercially made items.

Registered vendors for this show will be offering charcuterie boards, jewelry, food-based medicine, homemade vanilla, crocheted items, plushies, freeze dried candy, quilts, baked goods, children’s bows, photography, sock gnomes, hand-crafted tallow skin care products, macrame items, magnets, signs, paintings, laser engravings, wall décor, towel décor, canned goods, raw milk products such as cheese, eggs and meat, with jams, pickles and butter, floral arrangements, leather works, pottery, DIY Kits, 3D printed items, lip balm, lotion, honey, affirmation card sets, hats and peanut brittle.

“I will have the hospital auxiliary ladies there with their quilt raffle,” said Schrieber. “I have just always done crafts and it keeps me busy.” Schrieber feels that craft fairs offer unique and appealing items. “You can always find something.”

This craft fair is an opportunity for crafters to bring their goods out, and is Schriber is certain that “[guests] are going to see something that they haven’t seen before.”
