Lincoln County Commissioner Kent Connelly stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Monday, August 28 for the monthly report from the commissioners. Connelly discussed the potential impact to Lincoln County following the announcement of opening the ports in Oakland for shipping coal, the exit of Bechtel as the contractor for TerraPower’s Natrium Nuclear powerplant in Kemmerer and his thoughts on the Proposition 1, the 50% reduction in property taxes.
