Star Valley High School Band Director Mr. Kurt Sand, along with seniors Jocelyn Burgess (Senior Drum Major), Savanna Sloan (Colorguard Captain) and Joe McGee (Trumpet Section Leader) to discuss winning the 3A State Championship at the Wyoming State Marching Band Festival held Saturday, October 17 at the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper.
