The Town of Alpine is currently accepting applications for a new member to serve on the Design Review Committee. The term begins July 1, 2025, and ends December 31, 2025.
The Design Review Committee is responsible for overseeing the design of buildings and landscaping within the Town of Alpine. The committee reviews development applications for compliance with the adopted Alpine Design Review Guidelines and provides recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission and Town Council. It also assists zoning staff with design-related procedures and holds public hearings to gather citizen input when needed.
The committee meets as needed on the fourth Tuesday of each month to review submitted applications.
This is an excellent opportunity for a resident with an interest in architecture, planning, or community aesthetics to contribute to preserving the visual character and quality of development
in Alpine.
