The Town of Alpine will host an information meeting regarding the Specific Purpose Excise Tax (SPET) Proposition, also known as the 6th penny tax. The tax will be put to a vote this November when it appears on the ballot on November 5. To pass, the tax will need the majority vote from all of Lincoln County.

The information meeting will take place on October 17, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Alpine Civic Center. All residents are encouraged to attend.
